Although the market is all too aware of this event, it is important your key clients are aware of your presence and come and see you at the show. To spread the word, we will build you a co-branded e-invitation with your logo, message and some event details, inviting your carrier clients to attend for free and provide your non-operator clients with an exclusive 25% discount.
This can be sent to your client lists by us on your behalf via our third party mailing house (free of charge) or we’ll pass you the HTML files to send the email yourself.
We are happy to send a supply of printed brochures and a pdf version for to send to clients and colleagues.
Increase your online audience beyond your website by submitting a topical 500-1,000 word article for our popular Com World Series blog. Full accreditation is guaranteed – plus, you can save time by letting us tweak your existing posts to your company blog.
Supply us with your logo and we can tailor the AfricaCom exhibition ticket mailings with your company and message, print and mail up to 5,000 personalised copies to your database at our expense, through our third party mailing house to preserve data protection.
Provide us with a dreamlist of individuals that you would like to see at the event and our telesales team will invite them on your behalf.
Send us their contact details and we will work with them to increase media coverage for you. We can provide them with attending press lists, show logos, photos and information for releases. We’ll also add any recent press releases, audio and video interviews to the event website and on our social media platforms.
In the lead up to the event, we will be sending out an ‘eShow Preview’ which highlights what our sponsors and exhibitors are showcasing and demonstrating at the show. Just send us a short paragraph of text to include in the preview.
We will link your name in the exhibitor list to your website, all we ask in exchange is that you link back to our site from yours. We can provide show text, logos and banners.

Tell everyone you will be there at the bottom of every email communication with a link to the show-site and with no effort at all you are spreading the word that your company is pro-active and associated with AfricaCom.

Com World Series actively promotes AfricaCom via LinkedIn, Twitter (#AfricaCom), Facebook, Google+ and a dedicated blog. Build a presence on these communities and you can create a buzz around your brand and for your attendance at the event. Join in the discussions pre-show, during and post-show!
